1. New Customers

All Customers who join us today will enjoy 1% Loyalty Rewards Points on total order value, which will be available for you to spend on your NEXT order.


2.    Delivery Charges-Guidelines?  We offer Free - UK 24-48 Hours Delivery Service on order order £50. Usually, all orders will be delivered NEXT Day, if your order is placed before 3PM. But if later than 3PM, will be delivered within 48hours service.  

Outside UK: Please contact info@hitekasia.com for more information. OR you simply add the items to your shopping cart, our system will automatically calculate the delivery cost according to items weight and value. 

3.    How do I pay? Payment Terms?
You can pay by Visa Card, MasterCard, Paypal or Maestro card (in some countries).

 
All payments are before shipment.  Better payment terms can be considered for regular customers with an annual order value of over £10k.


4.    Can I pay in different currency?
Prices for Supplies are in £ sterling, US$ , EUROS, exclusive of VAT.  You can chose the currency options at the top-right corner of the homepage.

The exchange rates will be calculated automatically according to Barclays’s real time international rates. 

5.    Do I need to pay VAT? 
Prices are in £ sterling, exclusive of VAT, which will be added at the time of payment process.
 
All EC customers have to pay VAT.  Once you selected your country options, the VAT will be added at check-out.

6.    Do I get a VAT Receipt? 
Yes, you will receive the invoice showing VAT with the parcel.


7.    Product Quality Assurance.  What do I do if the product is damaged? Return?
Hitek Asia is committed to delivering high quality products to our customers.  If there is any damage to the products, customers will need to submit an RMA form provided by Hitek Asia.  Customers need to complete the form describing the damage and email to info@hitekasia.com.  We will take full responsibility to investigate the cause of damage and provide an appropriate solution.

8. Return Policy
If unwanted goods are purchased, they may be returned if in perfect condition within 30 days of receipt and the customers bearing the postal expense.

Agreed refund will be made to your account within 3 to 5 working days on receipt of returned products. 
Agreed replacement will be also sent to you once we receive the proof of postage from you. Otherwise, it will be within 1 day of receipt on return products.
