We offer FREE UK delivery for order values over £50. Delivery charges are applied to all orders under £50 value
UK Delivery Charges vary from £2.99 to £10 depending on the total weight and size of products.
Next Day Delivery costs £15 for delivery before 1pm
Outside UK: Can be calculated by selecting your country and calculating delivery at checkout dependent on weight
3. Product Quality Assurance. What do I do if the product is damaged? Return?
Hitek Asia is obliged to deliver high quality products to our customers. If there is any damage to the products, customers will need to submit an RMA form provided by Hitek Asia. Customers need to complete the form describing the damage and email to info@hitekasia.com. We will take full responsibility to investigate the cause of damage and provide an appropriate solution.
If unwanted goods are purchased, they may be returned if in perfect condition within 14 days of receipt and the customers bearing the postal expense.
4. Do I need to pay VAT?
Prices are in £ sterling, we do NOT charge VAT
5. Can I pay in different currency?
Prices for Supplies are in £ sterling, US$ , EUROS. You can chose the currency options at the top-right corner of the homepage.
The exchange rates will be calculated automatically according to Barclays’s real time international rates.
6. Do I get a VAT Receipt?
No, you will get a copy invoice and we do NOT charge VAT.
7. How do I pay? Payment Terms?
You can pay by Visa Card, MasterCard, Paypal or Maestro card (in some countries).
All payments are before shipment.
